Is my photo good to use for the portrait?

Can I see the preview for approval before the purchase?

No, we finish the portrait after the purchase, but you'd have unlimited revisions and if you wouldn't be satisfied at all, we'd issue a full refund without any question!

What can by customized ?

We can customize almost anything! Remove harness, tags, collar, add items, enhance the old photos. If you're still unsure you can contact us via email and we'll be happy to help you!

What if I don't like it or it's delivered damaged?

We send the previews for approval with the watermark, you'd have unlimited revisions, so we'd do our best to make sure that you're truly satisfied with every detail. but if you won't like it at all, you'll get your money back without any questions. Plus, if your item is delivered damaged, you can send us the photos and we can ship you a new canvas or you'll get your money back

Production and Shipping times

We always send previews for approval in 2-3 business days. Order fulfillment after the preview approval (printing, packing) can take 2-4 business days. Delivery will depend on the shipping address, but it's usually takes around 2-5 business days
